Spaghetti Eddie’s Supporting Employees with Pizza Kits
Updated: Sep 16, 2020
Spaghetti Eddie’s Cucina Italiana has come up with a fun, family-focused way to give back to the community and its employees.
The Italian restaurant introduced Make-at-Home Pizza Kits for families to prepare and bake in their own kitchens.
Each kit includes three 10” pizzas for only $24.95 and comes with all the ingred
ients for one cheese pizza, one pepperoni pizza and a two traditional topping pizza.
What makes the kit even more appealing is Spaghetti Eddie’s, along with its sister restaurant, Eddie’s Italian Eatery, are donating $5 to an employee relief fund with each purchased kit.
The two companies were able to raise over $1,000 for its employees the first week the kits were introduced and have no plans to stop selling them for this cause.
Like with most restaurants who abruptly had to close their dining rooms due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Spaghetti Eddie’s had a short window to adapt to takeout and delivery only. In that same time frame, employees such as servers and bussers were temporarily furloughed, so ownership and management put their heads together to try and help.
Pizza kits are available daily for takeout or curbside pickup during the restaurant’s operating hours, however a 24-hour advance order is recommended for pizza kits.
So join the cause, and have fun making pizzas with family while helping employees who have been serving the Glendora community for years.
Spaghetti Eddie’s has been offering authentic Italian cuisine, including pizzas, pastas and seafood entrees to the Glendora community for over 34 years. More info at SpaghettiEddies.com.
