banquet guidelines

SEATING

Our banquet room is available for private parties of 50 to 70 guests without additional fees Monday through Thursday and minimums may apply for parties under 50. For Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings a $500 room fee will apply with a minimum of $3000 in food and beverage sales guaranteed. Room fee includes set up, clean up, table linen, and napkins.

 

MENUS

Please choose from any of our menus or let us assist you in creating your own unique event. A customized Buffet menu is available with a min. $2.50 p/p extra for additional food fee and $100 set-up/clean-up fee. Prices subject to change. (Corkage fee $10.00 per 750ml. Dessert Service Charge $1.50 p/p (Lunch) / $2.00p/p (Dinner). No Exceptions.

 

GUARANTEE

We ask for a guaranteed number of guests within 48 hours of the event to allow for proper staffing. We will charge for the final guest count on day/night of banquet with 10% variance allowed. For weekend events, the minimum guest amount will be charged

 

DEPOSITS

To confirm your special event we require a minimum of $200 or 20% deposit paid by cash or charge card for events booked one month or more in advance. Three days before event 50% of the total bill will be applied to your charge card or a cash payment will be made. Your deposits will be applied to the final balance. For events booked less than one month from the time of the event a 25% Deposit must be made to hold reservations Cash or Charge. For events booked One Week in Advance of Date Booked a 50% deposit must be made to hold reservations Cash or Charge. All Events will provide a final count given 72 hours in Advance.

 

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment is due at the conclusion of your event. The final balance will be based on the total number of guests, or the minimum guaranteed, whichever is higher, less your deposits. We Accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash, and American Express Travelers Checks. No Personal Checks Accepted!

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Linen, balloons, and miscellaneous decorations are available with advance notice at nominal fees. We reserve the right to approve of all decorations usage and placement. No decorations are allowed on the walls of our “Campobello” Banquet room.

MINIMUMS: 25 Guests

PRE-ORDER: Banquet packages must be pre-ordered and deposit made.

DEPOSIT: $200 or 10% is required to reserve a date, whichever is greater.

GUEST COUNT: Must be confirmed 48 hrs in advance. On the day of the event, any guest changes more than 10% will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS: 50% cancellation fee for all banquets canceled within 48 hours of your party.
Notification to cancel party must be e-Mailed to the restaurant.

SERVICE FEE: $1.00 p/p (Lunch) / $1.50 p/p (Dinner) charge will apply for all outside desserts.

CORKAGE: $10 fee per 750 ml. bottle of wine opened in restaurant (Max. 3)

Enjoy your next private party at Spaghetti Eddie’s. The banquet room at our Glendora location is available for parties of up to 70 guests and will accommodate friends, relatives, or business associates. Minimums will apply for all banquet room bookings and certain dates are blocked out. For smaller or more informal gatherings, our restaurants can accommodate most needs depending on date or time.
